Not a whole ceremony. Just one light, and you beside it.

How to hold it
- Light a real candle if you have one. If not, picture one.
- Watch only the flame for a slow count of ten.
- Let the light stand in for the words you can't find.
- Blow it out gently, or let it keep burning a while.
